Mumps Programming (PROFILE Core Banking Experience Required)

About the team :
FIS seeks Profile Scripting Language (PSL): Professional Services Engineer Lead to work with stable banking technology to build innovative FinTech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. Develop Profile Core versions of software applications and identify client requirements and technical specifications.
- Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.
- Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
What you bring:
- Overall experience of 7-10 years
- Hands-on experience working with MUMPS language programming for enhancing (Profile) Core Banking solution; utilizing Profile Scripting Language (PSL) programming including Java and JavaScript; working in financial services industry with a focus on retail banking.
- Utilizing end-to-end systems development life cycles starting from waterfall, iterative to modern approaches to software development; utilizing and implementing US banking practices, regulations and operations within assigned line(s) of business; performing solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases.
- Build tools: Bit Bucket, SVN, GIT, Maven etc.
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time)
