Position: School Teacher / Science Lab / IT & CSR Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the school in Science teaching, laboratory activities, IT support, and CSR documentation.
• Assist teachers in planning and conducting Science lessons, practical sessions, experiments, projects, and student activities.
• Prepare and maintain Science laboratory equipment, materials, chemicals, and inventory while ensuring proper safety procedures.
• Support students and staff with basic computer, hardware, printer, projector, smart board, software, and internet-related issues.
• Maintain records of IT assets, laboratory equipment, repairs, maintenance, and consumables.
• Collect and organize information, data, photographs, attendance, activity details, and project outcomes for school and CSR projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, presentations, case studies, success stories, and other project documentation.
• Assist in monitoring project activities, targets, achievements, beneficiaries, and impact.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital records and ensure documentation is completed within deadlines.
• Coordinate with teachers, school management, students, vendors, CSR teams, and other stakeholders as required.
• Support school events, training programs, awareness activities, workshops, and community/CSR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the school management from time to time.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree in Science, Education, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of Science laboratory work and safety.
• Practical knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, networking, and common IT equipment.
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong English writing, report preparation, documentation, and data-management skills.
• Good organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, school management, and CSR/project teams.
• Prior experience in a school, NGO, CSR project, education program, laboratory, or IT support role will be an advantage.
