Multiple Sites-O&M- troubleshooting- ZLD & RO Plant

 looking for someone who can take ownership of a complete water/wastewater treatment plant and make sure it runs safely, reliably, efficiently, and within environmental limits.

The person should understand plants such as:

WTP – Water Treatment Plant

ETP – Effluent Treatment Plant

STP/WWTP – Sewage/Wastewater Treatment Plant

RO / Desalination – Removing salts and impurities from water

UF / MBR – Membrane-based treatment

ZLD – Zero Liquid Discharge

MEE/MVR – Evaporation systems for concentrating wastewater

Sludge handling – Decanters, sludge dryers, etc.

In one sentence:

“I need a technical water-treatment expert who can operate, troubleshoot, optimize and improve complex water/wastewater plants while controlling cost and ensuring compliance.”

This is not just an O&M/plant operator role. You need someone with strong process knowledge + troubleshooting + optimization + project/commissioning exposure + team leadership.
