Role Description Multiple full-time, on-site positions are available at Kataria Automobiles, located in Junagadh. Depending on the role, team members may handle responsibilities such as engaging with customers in the showroom, managing test drives, explaining product features, and supporting the sales process. Service and operations roles may include coordinating vehicle servicing, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality customer support. Administrative and support positions may involve assisting with inventory, basic data entry, and coordination with different departments. All roles require working as part of a team to maintain service standards and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
ITI MMV/Mechanic Diesel

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic familiarity with automobiles, interest in the automotive industry, and willingness to learn product features and services.
• Organizational skills to handle documentation, scheduling, and follow-up tasks accurately and on time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Minimum educational qualifications as required for the specific role (e.g., high school diploma, vocational training, or relevant degree).
• Basic computer literacy for handling CRM tools, email, and standard office applications.
• Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or retail customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
