Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for residential, PMAY, and affordable housing projects.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, liaison, and other consultants, along with project managers, contractors, and site teams.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.

• Strong residential project experience; PMAY / affordable housing exposure is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in working drawings, GFC drawings, construction detailing, residential planning, and execution coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and SketchUp is an advantage.

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings from the schematic design stage through working drawings and project completion.
• Ensure drawings meet company drafting standards, design requirements, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP/service consultants during design development and execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to deliver accurate GFC drawings aligned with site requirements.
• Understand architectural designs and spatial requirements to develop detailed drawings under the guidance of the Project Lead.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or ITI in Draftsmanship.
