Multiple BPO Openings-Freshers & Experienced

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle customer Calls and resolve Queries.
• Provide Customer Support for assigned process.
• Follow up on outstanding payments for collections.
• Maintain customer records and update information.
• Meet performance targets and quality standards
• Work in rotational Shifts as required.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Qualification, 12th pass or Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced.
• Age: Up to 38 years.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Immediate Joiners only.
• Willingness to work from office in Pune and rotational shifts.
