Multilingual Telecaller Sales and Telemarketing

About the Role :

We are looking for 2 confident and driven Tele callers to join our inside sales team in Hyderabad. You will be the first point of contact for every lead that comes in handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to generate new business.

This is not a scripted call centre job. You will be selling a premium Made in India product to factory owners, warehouse managers, and facility heads across India.

Key Responsibilities :

Inbound :

• Answer all inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries within 30 minutes
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Set up site visit appointments for the field sales team
• Follow up with leads until a decision is made

Outbound :

• Call potential customers from our lead database daily
• Introduce our products and generate interest
• Handle objections confidently price, competition, product queries
• Handle customer support.

Reporting :

• Update every call outcome in our in-house sales app immediately after each call
• Maintain accurate lead status and follow up schedules in the app
• Send daily call report to manager every evening

Requirements :

Must Have:

• 1-2 years experience in tele calling, telesales, or inside sales
• Fluent spoken Telugu, Hindi, and English all three mandatory
• Confident, clear, and professional phone manner
• Handles rejection without losing motivation
• Basic computer and smartphone skills Excel, WhatsApp, email
• Comfortable using a mobile app for daily reporting

Good to Have:

• Kannada or Tamil language skills
• Experience selling B2B or industrial products
• Knowledge of manufacturing or facility management sector
• Experience using any sales or reporting app
