Role & responsibilities

• Handle electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry maintenance work.
• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints across hotel/restaurant outlets.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, lights, plumbing fixtures, and other facilities.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards.
• Coordinate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work.
