Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance activities.
- Attend daily facility complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor DG sets, UPS systems, electrical panels, and lighting systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and report abnormalities.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Support emergency response activities during equipment failures.
