Multi Skill Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, lighting, motors, pumps, AHU, FCU and other equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and attend maintenance complaints.
• Monitor equipment performance and report major faults to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists and service reports.
• Follow safety procedures and site maintenance standards.
