About this role
- Key responsibilities include preparing appetizers, main courses, soups, salads, sauces, desserts, and other dishes across different cuisines
- The chef should have the ability to work with Indian, Continental, Chinese, and other commonly offered cuisines as required by the establishment
- Responsibilities also include monitoring food quality, freshness, portion sizes, cooking times, and presentation before dishes are served
