Roles and Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Mulesoft applications.
- Analyze and report on application performance metrics to optimize system efficiency.
- Participate in the development of new features and enhancements to existing ones.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Mulesoft architecture and its components.
- Experience with Mulesoft integration tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and standards.
