Responsibilities

• Review integration designs, APIs, data flows, and interfaces for security risks.
• Provide security guidance for MuleSoft and API-based integrations.
• Assess API controls including input validation, rate limiting, error handling, and authentication.
• Secure integration patterns, trust boundaries, and data transfers.
• Support secure configuration of integration platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Identify and remediate security weaknesses in code and configurations.
• Perform technical risk assessments and produce security assurance evidence.

• OWASP API Security
• CISSP / CSSLP
