Job Overview

• Job Title: MSP Services Support Engineer (L1 & L2)
• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (6 days a week)

Role Summary

• Require MSP services from the partner for the Woori Bank project to provide post-implementation operational and technical support.
• The MSP team should provide L1 and L2 support, including incident, problem, and service-request management with defined response and resolution SLAs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Regular OS patching, security updates, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance reporting.
• Hyper-V administration, including VM provisioning, resource management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and regular health checks.
• Database administration, database patching, health checks, backup coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Application support and coordination for deployed applications, including incident resolution and escalation to respective OEM/application teams.
• Support covering servers, storage, backup, network, security, virtualization, and other infrastructure components implemented as part of the Woori Bank solution.
• Providing monitoring/support as required, periodic health reports, preventive maintenance, documentation, and coordination with OEMs/vendors.
