MSD Test Engineer

Roles Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform components.
• Test CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Insights.
• Validate integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Perform API testing for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integrations.
• Conduct data migration and data validation testing.
• Verify security roles, access controls, and user permissions.
• Track and manage defects through defect management tools.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and functional consultants.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance activities.
