Description
We are seeking an experienced MSD Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MSD solutions and a passion for helping clients achieve their business objectives through technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical solutions using MSD products.
- Design, implement, and support MSD solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on MSD applications and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MSD systems.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and changes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MSD technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in MSD technical consulting or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of MSD products and applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
