Job Description

Required Skill Set:

• Strong expertise across all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including:
• Sales processes
• Lead management
• Account management
• Contact management
• Policy sales lifecycle
• Strong development experience in C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for customization and enhancements.
• Experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
• PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
• Power Automate
• Good exposure to Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and other cloud technologies.
• Experience working with AI-powered sales capabilities within Dynamics 365, including:
• Microsoft Copilot
• AI Agents
• Lead qualification
• Sales automation
• Conversational AI (Good to Have)
