Job Description

Chemistry graduate, you will be involved in chemical analysis, characterization and evaluation of raw materials, rubber compounds, and tyre-related materials, supporting product development and R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical analysis and characterization of raw materials, rubber compounds, and related materials.
• Perform laboratory testing and evaluation as per established test methods and procedures.
• Support analysis of rubber chemicals, additives, polymers, and other R&D materials.
• Interpret test results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support R&D projects related to material evaluation, product development, and performance improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of material and product-related issues.
• Maintain laboratory records, test data, and documentation.
• Work closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.

Qualification

• M.Sc. in Chemistry – Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong fundamentals in Organic / Analytical / Polymer Chemistry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical analysis, instrumental techniques, and laboratory practices is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
