Resolving blocking, deadlocks, long-running queries, and high CPU/memory issues.

Addressing TempDB contention, autogrowth issues, and storage bottlenecks.

Capacity planning for data files, log files, and TempDB with proactive disk space forecasting.

Backup/restore strategies (Full/Diff/Log), PITR recovery, and DR runbooks.

Strong experience with CDC (Change Data Capture) cleanup, backlog reduction, and log file management.

Managing Transactional Replication —setup, failover, latency monitoring, and replica tuning.

Deploying, configuring, and managing Azure SQL single and pooled databases

Azure SQL Managed Instance (MI)

Managing automatic backups, PITR retention, failover groups, and instance-level auditing.

Managing full SQL Server engine on Azure VMs.
