Core MS Dynamics 365 Modules Knowledge
- 24*5 rotational Shifts
- Experience with core modules like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance and Operations
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP functionalities
Customization & Configuration
- Ability to customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
- Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps for extending Dynamics capabilities
- Familiar with Business Rules and Business Process Flows
- Understanding of security roles, teams, and field-level security
