Ms Dynamics Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Project Manager to lead an end-to-end ERP implementation in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecyclefrom scope definition, vendor alignment, and system design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience driving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central) implementations and must be willing to be stationed on-site in Saudi Arabia for the primary delivery phase (around 10 months).

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Direct the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring deliverables meet approved scope, timeline, and budget.
• Scope & Governance: Define detailed project schedules, track baseline milestones, manage change requests, and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
• On-Site Coordination: Work directly on-site with local business units in Saudi Arabia to oversee gap analysis, process workshops, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Go-Live & Transition: Lead cutover planning, go-live execution, user adoption strategies, and initial post-deployment stabilization support.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of total IT project management experience, with at least 4–5 years dedicated to managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations (Dynamics 365 F&O / AX / Business Central).
• Delivery Track Record: Proven success leading at least 2 full-cycle enterprise ERP rollouts from kick-off to hypercare.
• On-Site Availability: Full willingness and eligibility to relocate/travel to Saudi Arabia for an on-site assignment of approximately 10 months.
• Methodologies: Strong command of structured delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Microsoft Sure Step).
• Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, vendor governance, and conflict-resolution abilities.
