MS Dynamics Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Business Central and Finance Module. • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders. • Conduct workshops and prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs). • Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. • Provide functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules. • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions. • Work closely with technical teams for customizations and enhancements. • Manage third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Lead upgrade and migration projects from NAV 2009/NAV 2015–2018 to Business Central. • Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities. • Monitor and update project tasks in JIRA. • Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for end users. • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
