Role Details

• Role: Senior D365 CRM Technical Consultant
• Experience: 8+ Years
• Work Mode: Remote
• Shift: New Zealand Shift (Starts from 2:00 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements
• Customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales and Customer Service
• Develop plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows
• Configure Dataverse components (tables, forms, relationships, security roles)
• Build integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
• Work with D365 APIs, SDK, and custom connectors
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM applications

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
• Hands-on with C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with Dataverse & CRM customization
• Expertise in Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Knowledge of REST APIs / OData & integrations
• Experience working with D365 Web API / SDK

Good to Have

• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus
• CI/CD & Azure DevOps
• CRM migration & data integration experience
• D365 Certifications
