About this role
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Tech Lead to lead the design, development and implementation of F&O solutions for our clients enterprise business. You will guide a technical team, own solution quality and work closely with finance and supply chain stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
- Provide technical direction and architecture guidance to the development team
- Handle requirement gathering, solution design, customization and extensions
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables
- Mentor team members and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Run regular quality, performance and security checks on solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in F&O environments
- Keep up with new D365 releases and recommend suitable features
- Coordinate with business users, functional consultants and integration teams
Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations, including full life-cycle implementations
- Strong understanding of the F&O technical architecture and components
- Hands-on experience with X++ development, extensions and customization
- Experience in finance and cost accounting environments: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections and General Ledger
- Working knowledge of the supply chain modules
- Experience leading or mentoring a development team
- Good communication and presentation skills
Good to have
- Experience with data entities, integrations and Azure
- Exposure to LCS and DevOps/ALM tools
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Microsoft platform
- Microsoft Dynamics certification
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
