Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Microsoft D365 CRM Customer Engagement (CE) Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft D365 CRM CE solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration of entities, workflows, forms, views, and business processes. The developer will create and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems, implement and consume web services, and optimize database interactions for performance and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to project teams, collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements, and contributing to solution design and documentation. The developer will follow secure coding practices, participate in code reviews, and ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including experience with Microsoft D365 CRM CE customization, configuration, and extensibility (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including understanding of CRM concepts, customer data models, sales and service processes, and user experience optimization within Microsoft D365.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including designing and implementing integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Candidates should possess Databases skills, including working with relational databases, writing efficient queries, understanding data modeling, and ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Candidates should possess Web Services skills, including experience with REST and SOAP services, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and secure data exchange.
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with Azure services, DevOps practices, ALM tools, unit testing and debugging, and performance optimization.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred
