Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) SCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Supply Chain Management modules and experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring D365 F&O SCM modules, conducting user training, supporting testing activities, managing data migration processes, and providing post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain Management processes.
• Configure and implement D365 F&O SCM modules based on business needs.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide solution recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Lead and support workshops with business users and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Provide training to key users and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate and oversee master data and transaction data migration activities during implementations and go-live.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams for customizations and integrations.
• Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and process optimization activities.
• Assist in cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives while maintaining system integrity and scalability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) SCM.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more SCM modules:
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Master Planning
• Sales & Distribution
• Transportation Management (TMS)
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and ERP business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, SIT, CRP, and QA testing activities.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and cutover activities.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Preferred Skills

• D365 F&O Functional Certifications.
• Knowledge of Finance module integration points with SCM.
• Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Understanding of Azure integrations and third-party application integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Knowledge of Electronic Reporting (ER) and Business Process Modeling.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain domains.
• Familiarity with DevOps/ALM processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
