MRD Data Entry Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented MRD Data Entry Executive to handle medical records, donor records and office documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain medical/ART-related data accurately in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Maintain and update donor, patient, clinic and other official records.
• Check and verify data and documents for accuracy.
• Perform daily data entry, documentation and record-management work.
• Handle WhatsApp messages and provide timely replies to official queries.
• Coordinate with the office team for data verification and document checking.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical and personal information.
• Carry the company-provided mobile phone home after office hours.
• Check official WhatsApp messages received on the company mobile and reply to messages as required, including after office hours.
• Make or receive work-related calls when required.
• Perform other data entry and documentation tasks assigned by management.

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in data entry, healthcare or medical documentation will be an advantage.
