Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and manage OPD/IPD patient records.
• Handle admission, discharge & medical documentation.
• Ensure accurate filing, indexing & record retrieval.
• Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Billing & other departments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Update records in HIS/Hospital software.
• Prepare MRD reports and support audits.
