We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies and methodologies. This role requires a strong understanding of QA processes, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans to ensure software quality.
• Lead the QA team in executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality-related issues.
• Conduct regular reviews of test processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and software testing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
