Job description

• Required experience of Multicloud which is Azure, AWS, GCP cloud
• Desirable to have Salesforce certifications like Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Should possess strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency required in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Must have strong knowledge/experience in working with Salesforce Einstein Platform.
• Knowledge in version control and CI/CD implementations required.
• Experience needed with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Ability to lead and guide development teams, provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Expected to provide expert advice on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills required and capability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills needed to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools is a must.
• Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations is necessary.
