Motorcycle Application Support Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Keep test motorcycles in good running condition.
• Perform routine motorcycle maintenance and basic repairs.
• Carry out vehicle checks before test rides.
• Mount and remove outriggers on motorcycles.
• Prepare motorcycles for testing and customer demonstrations.
• Flash ABS ECUs and other control units using approved tools and procedures.
• Maintain records of software versions loaded on motorcycles.
• Maintain mechanic tools, workshop equipment, spare parts and consumables.
• Keep the workshop clean and follow safe working practices.
• Support Bosch engineers during testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Build good working relationships with customer teams and workshop colleagues.
• Support movement of vehicles and equipment between project locations.

Required Qualification and Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in motorcycle maintenance, workshop operations or vehicle testing.
• Hands-on mechanical skills and basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
• Basic computer knowledge for records and simple documentation.
