Motor Transport Officer (MTO) - Yashoda Hospital Hitech City

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining of all Vehicles and keeping them ready in all aspects.
• Recruitment of Drivers, training them and instructing them for safe driving.
• Keeping track of vehicles when they go on medical camps / out station trips.
• Providing valet services to all visitors with out any delay.
• Hiring private vehicles and get their bill Payment procedure in time.
• To maintain all vehicle history log books along with Trip sheets of vehicle.
• To monitor the regular moments of hired vehicle and safe procedures of private drivers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with relevant experience in managing Motor Transport operations.
• Strong experience in vehicle management and driver supervision.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety procedures, trip management, and transport operations.
• Experience in managing hired/private vehicles and transport vendors.
• Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
