WINDER / MOTOR REWINDING TECHNICIAN
- Hands-on experience in collecting winding data and preparing winding diagrams.
- Experience in winding procedures, coil making, and testing procedures.
- Ability to check and record winding and coil data.
- Experience in stripping out coils, slot conditioning, and preparing motors for rewinding.
- Knowledge of inspecting winding kits and coils.
- Experience in rewinding stators and rotors of AC/DC motors as per original winding data.
- Ability to perform routine electrical tests on wound equipment.
- Experience in varnishing stators and rotors.
- Basic knowledge of LV motor assembly.
