Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to motor insurance.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Explain insurance policies, renewals, premiums, and related services.
Candidate Requirements
- HSC / 12th Pass freshers can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
