Role Summary

We are looking for experienced insurance professionals to join Aon’s Global Capability Center in India to support the Fleet Automotive Benelux business across three key areas: policy administration, operational reporting, and motor claims handling.

In these roles, you will work closely with onshore teams to process insurance documentation, manage operational mailboxes, prepare reports, and/or handle motor claims in line with agreed service levels and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities (mix of all three roles)

• Prepare and process insurancerelated documents such as policies, certificates, claims certificates, resident certificates, insurance cards and other client documentation.
• Manage shared mailboxes (Motor Production / Motor Reporting / Claims) and ensure all incoming requests are handled accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Perform policy administration activities including registrations, cancellations, driver changes, reference updates, and data entry into relevant systems.
• Support operational reporting for Fleet Automotive: extract system lists, prepare reporting files, perform firstlevel checks/analyses, and handle clientspecific or nonstandard reporting requests.
• Maintain and update reserves and key data points, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems and reports.
• For claimsfocused work:
• Register FNOL and open claim files.
• Route and dispatch cases to the appropriate claims handler.
• Support claim statement and client approval processes (including email communication, document upload, and status updates).
• Process payments/invoices, VAT information and thirdparty disbursements as per instructions from account handlers.
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring information is processed accurately, consistently and in line with internal procedures and SLAs.
• Act as an operational support/backup across policy, reporting and claims tasks when required.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and write in French, Dutch and English (mandatory for documentation and email communication).
• Strong comprehension skills to review and process incoming documentation in multiple languages.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in insurance operations in one or more of the following areas:
• Policy administration / policy production
• Insurance reporting / MIS / portfolio reporting
• Claims handling (preferably motor claims)
• Good understanding of motor insurance and/or fleet insurance (policy and/or claims), with the ability to interpret documents and apply coverage correctly (good to have for policy/claims roles; mandatory for pure claims roles).
• Prior experience preparing insurancerelated documents and working with central IT systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a structured, methodical and qualityfocused working style.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting roles – ability to identify anomalies in data, spot missing/incorrect lists and follow up as per schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with colleagues in an international setup (Benelux/Europe).
• Enthusiastic, dynamic and able to work under pressure in a processdriven, highvolume operational environment.
