The primary responsibility of a Motion Graphic Designer is to transform static designs into dynamic and compelling visual narratives using Adobe software programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema4D. 

Utilize design programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to create visually appealing motion designs.

Develop motion designs specifically tailored for social media platforms and optimized for each platform's requirements. 

Select appropriate audio, visual, typography, and other design elements to enhance the overall impact of the motion graphics and effectively convey the intended message.

Create visually stunning animations, kinetic typography, explainer videos, and other motion graphics for various digital platforms.

Develop storyboards, visual treatments, and style frames to present design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files.

Any graduation (preferably a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field).

Graduates between 2022 and 2023.

HSC is mandatory.

No gaps of any kind.

A mandatory portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in creating animated demos, motion graphics, or relevant graphics.

0 – 1 year of experience in relevant field.

A course certificate or previous experience related to motion graphics designing is mandatory.

Proficient understanding and skills in various aspects of animation production, including storyboarding, drawing, 2D animation, video editing, voice synchronization, and motion graphics.

Excellent grasp of color theory, composition, and principles of typography to create visually appealing and impactful motion graphics.

Familiarity with design softwares such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, or other industry-standard tools for creating and editing motion graphics.

Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of current global design trends, allowing for the creation of visually appealing and contemporary motion graphics.

Keen eye for aesthetics and a meticulous approach to details in design, ensuring the quality and coherence of the final motion graphics.

Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and find effective solutions during the animation and motion graphics creation process.
