Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Miles Education is looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer with 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and AI-powered video production.

The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualise and create engaging videos from scratch by combining creative storytelling, motion graphics, animation, video editing, and AI tools. The role requires someone who can independently take a brief from ideation to final delivery and produce high-quality videos for digital marketing, social media, educational content, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create complete videos from scratch, from ideation and storyboarding to animation, editing, and final delivery.
• Create engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Leverage AI tools to generate images, video clips, backgrounds, and other visual assets for creative video production.
• Combine AI-generated visuals with motion graphics, animation, and video editing to produce polished videos.
• Develop promotional videos, explainer videos, educational content, social media videos, and digital advertising creatives.
• Handle video editing, sound design, transitions, colour correction, and post-production.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, motion design trends, and innovative video production techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered image or video generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, transitions, and composition.
• Ability to independently conceptualise and produce complete videos from idea to execution.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted video generation, image-to-video workflows, and generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience creating marketing videos, explainer videos, promotional content, and social media creatives.

What We Are Looking For

We need a creative professional who combines strong motion graphics and video editing skills with the ability to use AI tools effectively. The candidate should be capable of developing original concepts and independently turning ideas into complete, engaging, high-quality videos.

Portfolio/showreel is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate their motion graphics, video editing, animation, and AI-assisted video creation skills through previous projects.
