Motion Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Motion Graphic Designer in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full-time, on-site position with an expectation to join within 30 days.
You will create engaging motion graphics, animations and visual content for experiential projects and digital requirements. You will be accountable for developing creative concepts, editing video footage, incorporating sound elements, collaborating with creative and technical teams, and delivering high-quality output that aligns with project briefs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create engaging motion graphics, animations and visual content for various media.
2. Develop creative concepts and artwork based on project briefs.
3. Edit video footage and create compelling visual narratives.
4. Add background music, sound effects, transitions and animation elements to enhance video content.
5. Collaborate closely with the Creative Head, designers, copywriters, developers and marketing teams.
6. Create and edit static graphics, layouts and visual assets as required.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
8. Review final designs and videos to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Strong hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
2. Sound understanding of motion design principles, animation, video editing and visual storytelling.
3. Strong creative sensibility with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
4. Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
5. Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work.
6. Willingness to travel for project requirements.
7. Proficiency in Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Blender and 3D animation workflows.
8. Experience with 2D and 3D motion graphics, VFX, kinetic typography and explainer videos.
9. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Toon Boom, Unity and basic coding for interactive projects.
