Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who can create engaging, high-quality visual content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong motion skills along with the ability to design static social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, reels, short and long form videos, animations and digital content for social media.
• Design static social media creatives, stories, banners and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with the creative, content and performance marketing teams.
• Adapt designs and animations as per different brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Stay updated with social media trends, design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Software & Skill Set

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
• Hands-on understanding of AI tools for design, image/video generation and creative ideation.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, transitions and visual storytelling.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics + social media creatives.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work on multiple brands and tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of current Instagram/Reels and digital content trends.
