Motion Graphic Designer | Job Description Meticulous & Creative Designer Sought for Design System-Centric Role At Webidoo, we are pioneering the digital content frontier, building immersive visual experiences for global brands. As we continue to grow our creative ecosystem, were on the lookout for a detail-obsessed, system-savvy Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Content Factory. This role is ideal for someone who sees precision as an art form, thrives within structured brand systems, and brings a calm, methodical approach to solving visual challenges—both in motion and static formats. You’ll be part of a high performing team delivering assets across digital, social, and offline channels. Key Responsibilities • Design System Execution Execute and adapt visual content strictly aligned with established brand guidelines. Ensure all elements—logos, typography, ratios, and layouts—are accurate and consistent. • Motion Design & Typography Create high-quality motion graphics using After Effects and other Adobe tools. Handle large-format typography with advanced typesetting and visual hierarchy. • Static Design Excellence Develop high-impact static designs for both digital (social, banners, e commerce) and offline (OOH, flyers, POS) platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity. • Content Formatting Deliver final assets in correct formats and resolutions as per technical briefs. Follow precise naming conventions, versioning, and delivery standards. • Cross-Tool Collaboration Work seamlessly across Adobe Suite, Figma, and collaborative tools to maintain brand integrity and efficient handoffs. • Project Tools & Task Management Collaborate effectively using Monday.com and ClickUp. Track tasks, follow structured workflows, and communicate updates across teams. • Presentation Design Create branded, visually rich presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides, tailored for internal and client-facing reviews. About You • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong hands-on experience with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Figma Familiarity Comfortable working with design systems, layouts, and references in Figma. • Digital Expertise In-depth understanding of social media formats, platform rules, safe areas, compression, and responsive design standards. • Offline Savvy Experience with OOH, print, and point-of-sale asset creation and relevant technical specifications. • Presentation Fluency Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides—this is part of your daily toolkit. • Productivity Suite Knowledge Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office tools. • Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven You believe in consistency, follow briefs closely, and care about delivering work that is clean and technically correct. • Multitasking & Consistency Capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining high quality— especially with repetitive or high-volume tasks.
