Motion Graphic Designer

• We are seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer with 3 years of experience to conceptualize and produce engaging visual content, 2D animations, and digital campaign assets.
• The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, master-level software skills, and a solid grasp of core design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Animations: Design and build compelling 2D motion graphics, video ads, social media reels, and explainer videos.
• Concept & Storyboard: Turn creative briefs and raw scripts into clear storyboards, visual concepts, and finished videos.
• Collaborate: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and art directors to keep branding aligned.
• Edit & Refine: Handle video editing, color grading, sound synchronization, and final delivery formatting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years of hands-on working experience in a studio, agency, or corporate creative team environment.
• Software Mastery: Expert command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Bonus Skills: Basic working knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
