Role Description

The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves designing and producing motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media content, presentations, and promotional videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketers and content creators to understand project requirements, storyboarding ideas, creating animated visuals, and editing video elements to deliver polished, engaging content. The Motion Graphic Designer will optimize graphics for different platforms, maintain consistency across campaigns, and manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes staying updated on design trends and suggesting creative concepts that enhance MaMo Techplus's visual communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to create dynamic, visually compelling animated content.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and integrating audio-visual elements.
• Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics to develop high-quality visual assets and layouts.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Candidates should possess the ability to translate marketing goals into clear visual narratives and maintain brand consistency.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work, is highly beneficial.
