- Background in a digital/creative agency, or trained at places like Aevy or similar motion design programs
- Portfolio that shows actual ads - not just showreels or personal projects
- Can work fast, take a brief, and deliver without too much back and forth
- Familiarity with AI tools for video/image generation (RunwayML, Kling, etc.)
