In BPSV The Mother Teacher/Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for nurturing and teaching young learners through play-based and activity-oriented methods, focusing on foundational skills, social development, and emotional well-being. The role includes lesson planning, classroom management, monitoring students progress, and creating a safe, engaging, and caring environment. The teacher is expected to maintain discipline with empathy, communicate regularly with parents, participate in school activities, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and school management.
