Mother Teacher(Cambridge)

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Mother Teacher to join our Cambridge International School. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, create a positive and engaging classroom environment, and support the academic, social, emotional, and overall development of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support students' cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and teaching-learning resources.
• Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to encourage student participation.
• Monitor students' progress and maintain accurate academic and developmental records.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behavior, and development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school management.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, training sessions, and other academic activities.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and individual learning needs of every child.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field.
• Montessori, NTT, or ECCE certification will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in a Cambridge or international school is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, creative, and child-friendly approach.
• Familiarity with activity-based learning and child-centered teaching methodologies.
