Montessori Teachers(NTT)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our team at RBSM Public School. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching and be able to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young students.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.


• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration and creativity.


• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative approach to education.


• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other relevant information.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Montessori Teacher or in a related field.


• Strong knowledge of child development principles and Montessori teaching methods.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.


• Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
