Montessori Teacher

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach students from Pre-Primary to Primary level using Montessori methodology.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual student needs.
• Maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.
• Communicate effectively with parents through regular progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in teaching or related field (preferably in early childhood education).
• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area (e.g., B.Ed. or equivalent) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and its application in preschool settings.
• Proficiency in English language; ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
