Monitoring Tools Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should have strong presentation skills and ability to prepare & present the

HLD/LLD & influence design recommendations

• Candidate must be able independently understand the requirements of Monitoring and able

to setup

• Candidate should be able to work on AppDynamics and Thousand Eyes Synthetic monitoring

tools with minimum training

• Candidate must be able to appropriately estimate the work once Product Owner presents

the Product backlog

• Candidate must be able to collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfill their Demands
• Candidate should be a good team player and have the ability to do switch-tasking if requires

Preferred candidate profile

• Good understanding on AppD & Thousand Eyes Monitoring tools how it works • Designing and implementing monitoring tools requirements • Good communication & presentation skills • ITIL Process.

Good-to-Have

JAVA Scripting Knowledge, knowledge in ServiceNow, Has worked in Agile team
