About this role
Responsibilities:
•Deploy, maintain, and manage both monitoring application and system.
•Develop and improve custom monitors/scripts.
•Contribute to automation projects.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Monitoring Systems: Xymon, Nagios or others
Experience in Virtualization and Cloud
Knowledge of Web development
Knowledge of C/C++ programming language

Specialized Skills
Good knowledge of scripting: Bash, Python or Perl (PowerShell is a plus).
Good background in Linux administration.

Solid understanding of ITIL including Incident/Problem/Change Process.

At least 2 years working in Managed Services.
