About this role
- The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will provide technical and analytical support to the Govt in strengthening programme monitoring, evaluation, performance measurement and evidence-based decision-making.
- The role will focus on developing monitoring frameworks, analysing programme and health system data, tracking implementation progress, assessing outcomes and generating actionable insights to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and accountability of government health programmes and initiatives.
- Develop analytical reports, dashboards, scorecards, data visualisations and presentations to communicate programme performance to government stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of baseline assessments, midline reviews, endline assessments, process evaluations and outcome evaluations, as relevant to the assignment.
- Identify gaps in data availability, reporting completeness and data utilisation, and recommend practical improvements
